Lisa graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. She worked in a law firm specializing in Real Estate throughout high school and college. Lisa later obtained her Paralegal Certificate at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2008. Soon after, she worked at New York Life Insurance as a Financial Services Representative in New York City helping families with insurance and retirement planning. Missing her passion for horses, Lisa joined Mountain Pointe Equine Veterinary Services in March of 2011 as a veterinary assistant. Victoria Coletti — Veterinary Assistant
Victoria was born and raised in Bethlehem, NJ. She began riding horse at a young age, which quickly led to her working in the equine industry. In 2006, Victoria started volunteering at Krisnabo Farm, a small hunter/jumper barn in Hampton, NJ. There, Victoria learned to ride, the basics of horse care, and the importance of organization and hard work. As a sophomore in high school, Victoria started working at Sterlingbrook Equine Trauma Center (a thoroughbred racing, breeding, training, and rehab facility in Pittstown, NJ). At Sterlingbrook, Victoria was responsible from management to training/rehabbing young thoroughbred racehorses. Many of the horses she helped train, she was fortunate to watch successfully race. Additionally, Victoria was responsible for assisting in breeding, foalings, and assisting the veterinarian with a multitude of medical and rehabilitation procedures.

During her senior year in high school, Victoria attended Hunterdon Polytech’s Pre-Veterinary Program. Currently, she is pursuing her college education while also expanding her practical education by riding and training with professionals in natural horsemanship and dressage. Victoria joined the Mountain Pointe staff in September of 2016 as a veterinary assistant. In her free time, she trains and competes, Judge Well, her event horse prospect. Victoria also enjoys playing with her puppy, Maggie and spending time outside.
